The method of Cosmic Energetics does not have any connection to any specific religion or religious tradition. This is despite the fact that the names of some of the EIF channels such as Holy Jesus, Holy Mohammed, Holy Buddha and others may create that appearance. Our School seeks to demonstrate the distinction between the scientific basis and practical application of Cosmic Energetics from religious doctrines (and their organizational forms) which have existed for generations. Governing religious doctrines and cults derive power from the enforcement of authorities, blind obedience, dominance of dogmas, and the like. One thing that is common to all religious cults is a sort of mental impairment exhibited by its followers, which is generally presented as humility and a disciplined suppression of instincts. "Everything that comes from the body is a sin!" is a favorite motto of clergymen. Blind following, slavish imitation of the established "authorities," the rigid frames of their dogmas, and the absolute absence of freedom of thought are all factors that prevent a person from being true to their own self. However, the Prophet's Teaching lies in the core of every religious doctrine. It is important to note that the majority of the divine thoughts of man are understood through mythology and symbols and cannot be taken literally. Religious cults - at least those that are designed to attract large numbers of people - presuppose a certain form of God-worship in their established rites and rituals. As a result, real essence of the Teaching - including man's realization of his intimate relationship with the cosmos, in his self-knowledge and the presence of God within him - is perverted by the religious institutions and lost to the average disciple. In present-day religion the role of a person is often reduced to that of a "sheep." Actually, Teachings were given to mankind in the form of "Rules of Existence," and by following these rules, people could achieve their true purposes as human beings, and learn to think and act independently for the sake of their further evolution. Since people have not shown themselves to be worthy of higher development, the churchmen say, they need the prescriptions of dogmatics, and require deterrence in the form of "God's punishment" to resist temptations and control their ravenous passions.

One of the aims of our work is to prevent the possibility that the practitioners of Cosmic Energetics will allow the teachings to become dogmatic. Cosmic Energetics should promote the active self-development of mankind, including attainment of freedom of thought and internal harmony.

Still, it is true that in certain cases, the way cosmic channels are used can resemble the manner in which religious rites and rituals are performed. The notion that simply opening a channel will lead the rest will to come automatically is similar to the religious supplicant who says "I'm a deeply religious man, go to the church regularly, and always light a candle there. And since I've attended the church and lit a candle I have become closer to God. So, God will save me, and I shall yield to His mercy, since I truly adore and worship Him."

In the same manner, one can anticipate an attempt by some healers to establish a monopoly in the practice of Cosmic Energetics in what they determine is the clearest and only correct source of channels. This kind of spiritual myopia is similar to the situation when the Pope, the head of the Roman Catholic Church, would not be let into the territory of the Ukraine, and when the Dalai Lama XIV, the spiritual head of Buddhism, was denied permission to enter Russia. Attempting to create an idol for imitation, and requiring disciples to follow him "footstep in footstep" within the framework of the designated method are usually based on a dogma regarding the Teaching. To an educated person who recognizes that people have historically misinterpreted and distorted Teachings received from their Prophets, these situations are easily recognized as examples of false idolatry.

At the present time, a religious trend in the Cosmic Energetics exists in the doctrines and practice of another School which shall remain nameless. As we have now shown, it is to be expected that during the initial stages of the development of collective consciousness a certain contingent such as this will emerge within in its ranks. As far as Cosmic Energetics is concerned, it is important to remember that this practice was not transmitted to us by a Prophet - it was the result of a dedicated effort and creative work by a group of people. The method is constantly evolving and developing thanks to its application in various spheres of life and activities and through the accumulation of empirical data that is continuously being processed and studied. The method is designed to promote the self-development of people and not their humiliation. The scientific and practical method of Cosmic Energetics, as we teach it, possesses its own theories, practices, and engineering techniques.

So this is how Cosmic Energetics is today: it is a comprehensive world outlook, in the background of which lies the principle of unity and indivisibility of Man, Nature, and Cosmos, the fundamental essence of which is energy, sometimes manifested in substantial matter, and sometimes insubstantial. Man, as well as the Cosmos itself, is "woven" from these two forms of energy. The science of Cosmic Energetics investigates the diversity of the energetic interactions of everything existing on the Earth with events occurring throughout the Cosmos.
