A human being's physical body is a complex system, which follows its own laws. The state of health of this body is influenced by various factors: a psycho-emotional condition, societal influences, ecological situation, quality of food, of sleep, and other physical conditions. That is why in order to cure a person we often need to combine different methods of impact upon various elements of the human system. Energo-informational impacts contribute to the purification of subtle bodies, and lead to stabilization of psycho-emotional state, socialization, and healing. To enhance effectiveness of the process, it is sometimes appropriate to use different methods simultaneously: psychoanalysis, psychology, spiritual practices, sport, methods of physical purification of the organism, diets, massage, phytotherapy and medical treatment. Indications of medical treatments are designed to relieve symptoms but very often result in negative side effects. However, if the physical body is badly damaged, if the person is experiencing severe pain, if the person has been taking medication for a long time and has become dependent on them, then certain medical treatments are definitely indicated. Gradually, under stable improvement of the patient's state, the attending medical doctor will lower the quantity of the received medications or will do away with them entirely. This is within the scope of the doctor's responsibility, and it is in his discretion to determine the appropriate form and level of treatment. Cosmic Energetics is an inner practice, not only espousing a theoretical way to self-realization but also providing practical methods for achieving the goal. This practice is taught through Initiation. To change one's life, to cure their own complaints, a person must transform the fundamental concepts that have taken shape over the course of many lives, and abstain from certain acquired patterns and accustomed thoughts, emotions and actions, since a disease and its recurring symptoms always indicate that the person has strayed from their true way and has failed to carry out their karmic responsibilities.

But it is impossible to accomplish all this instantly. Achieving the goals can take years, decades, and even whole lives. Moreover, not everyone will be able to follow the way continuously. The pressures caused by negative energies and emotions, inertia, lack of focus and other internal obstacles will be conspiring to distract the disciple before he manages to negotiate around the barriers of his vices and transform his energetic bodies in tune with the correct channels (EIFs). A human being can be viewed as a bio-energo-informational intellectual system, the consciousness of which vibrates in a manner that indicates the level of his development. The energo-informational structure of a person is an exact copy of the macrocosm. But, being imperfect, there are limits to how fast he can cultivate within himself the high-grade cosmic energies which enter into these energo-informational fields of the planet. In other words, in accordance with the gradual spiritual development during many lives, a person evolves through the cleansing and expanding of his consciousness, as well as the opening and activation of his chakras. Thus, in the process of his continual evolution a person will gradually achieve access to higher quality and higher levels of the energo-informational fields of the Earth.

In an effort to accelerate the process of evolution and purification, there have long been spiritual practices that are transmitted through Initiations. Due to the highly-developed powers and high degree of purification of the Teacher, energetic forms of the disciple are transformed into more refined energies and are harmonized with higher quality energy channels. This process is often accompanied by some form of crisis, which leads to the breakup of the negative forces that would have prevented further development. The quality of energies is constantly changing, and this, in its own turn, contributes to transformation of the psycho-emotional state and general attitudes. The realization of this process can be a source of motivation, facilitates the process of self-improvement, and increases the person's resolve in their struggle to overcome various obstacles.

During the successive Initiations, the very same cycle occurs. Thus, in the course of incremental education a disciple rises to higher and higher energo-informational levels, through a process that he could not accomplish on his own.

To purify and broaden consciousness too quickly is not healthy - it's the way to madness. Two of the greatest initiates of modern times - Helena Blavatsky and Helena Roerich - have repeatedly written warnings about the dangers of "rare ripe" practices, the grossly exaggerated promises, and "black Initiated" in the end of Kali Yuga (in Hindu philosophy, this is the name of the age of decadence; it is the fourth and last age in the Hindu cycle of the world). However, by following a course of gradual practice, a disciple undergoes absolution, adapts to higher energies, activates the chakras, opens super capabilities, and acquires the ability to heal himself and others. The degree of purification depends upon the quality and force of the EIFs that he is able to access. The levels of energoinformational fields that are accessible to the disciple depends upon the Teacher's spiritual powers and degree of purification. Those who are not purified and have not undergone the necessary process of gradual evolution and purification will possess "black" energies, which are always of inferior quality. The cost of striving for shortcuts, to attempt too quickly to possess super capabilities, which cannot be simply inherited, is nothing less than the sacrifice of psychic and physical health.

Cosmic Energetics is a method to enable the person to activate and implement energo-informational flows (EIFs). These flows are activated by the Initiated disciple in the following way: first, he demonstrates his intention, then with a strong resolve he strengthens his will and a forms the correct mental postures, and focuses concentration on the required channel (EIF). During the concentration, there occurs a form of tuning to certain energo-informational fields of the planet from which the Initiated takes energy for creation of a channel of energo-informational flow. The practitioner can tune himself and take energy only from those energo-informational spaces in which he is proximated. The degree of proximity will depend upon the degree of the operator's purification and on the development of his consciousness. The main requirements for the concentration of an EIF in space are a strong will and focused concentration. A cosmic Energetics practitioner can employ psychic energy for self-development or help to other people. If a disciple undergoes initiation from a person capable of moving his artificial forms into more purified energo-informational spaces, then he will obtain the opportunity to continue his development and possibly learn to get rid of destructive energy with the help of EIFs. But this is possible only under the constant dedicated practice of creating and employment of EIFs. If the operator's body and consciousness are burdened by large quantities of destructive information, then it would be very difficult to concentrate enough to create an EIF in space. In this case, it would be necessary either to practice for a long time to create an EIF just on himself, or rely on another Cosmic Energetics practitioner.
